By Email Email Orders:  Email your order to us including products code, description, and quantity. Also don`t forget to including your details such as phone number, contact name and address. Please don’t include your credit/debit card details. We will call you back and confirm your order and take the payment over the phone. Delivery Information:

Packages are generally dispatched on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS and FRIDAYS, any orders taken after 3PM, will be process on next delivery day.  

Any order will be dispatched only after payment is confirmed. After payment is confirmed , we will dispatch via Royal Mail with tracking and drop-off without signature.

If you prefer delivery by DHL Express or Royal Special Delivery, all the info of fees, you can find on delivery information, an additional cost will be applied, on this method . Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online if is available.

 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs are free of charge to UK only. *Europe, rest of world charges apply. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk for Economy Service, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Note for Special Next Day Delivery Royal mail / DHL (Works monday to Thursday) any order place after 3pm on week days or weekends will be processed on next working day.

Perfect Eyelashes Products does not require a signature for delivery and orders. Once the delivery or order is confirmed by courier company / UK Mail, Perfect Eyelashes Products is no longer liable for the order.

Perfect Eyelashes Products requires that each time a purchase is made via website or phone that the buyer must request or decline a signature requirement on his or her order. Perfect Eyelashes Products strongly recommends that buyers request that a signature be required upon delivery of all orders, especially if there may be a possibility of theft or damage to orders left at the delivery location.
